If you need to apply for a Visa we can send you an invitation but it is strongly recommended to apply before the above mentioned dealine.

There are not specific requirements for the participation, however it is fundamental a good knowledge of English language and it is preferable a prior experience on European or international projects design and/or management.

The course is organized and covered by EBSOMED EU financed project and co-financed by the Confederation of Egyptian-European Business Associations (CEEBA), the Association of the Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASCAME), partners of EBSOMED project, and OpenMed, affiliate. Associated partners are the Chamber of Commerce of Cagliari-Oristano, ASPAL Autonomous Region of Sardinia  and University of Cagliari – MAPE.

Priority will be given to executive BSOs working across the Euro-Mediterranean Region. In particular the EBSOMED Project targets the 10 ENI South Partner Countries (Maghreb and Mashreq). Please be minded that great importance will be given to the geographic origin of the beneficiaries in the evaluation phase of the operation (50% EU 50% South). Women executives in BSOs benefiting from the Academy will be an added value for the operation.

The course covers:

– Training course (lessons + material)

– Coffee breaks + Lunches during the course

– Certificate of Attendance

Travel and accommodation costs of participants are co-financed by 80% by the European Union. After the course, attendees will be reimbursed by BUSINESMED according to the below procedure.

Eligible travel costs:

Eligible travel expenses (not more than Eur 636):

• Air tickets Costs or other inter-city transport (bus, train) used to enter and leave the city in which the  operation  is  located.  Any  long  trip  by  plane  or  train  must  be  done  in economy  class.  Otherwise,  this  expense  is  considered  as  non-eligible  and  will  not  be refunded;

• Visa fees.

Mission expenses (Per Diem):

Kindly note that the accommodation costs, meals, as well as the transport costs must not exceed the total of Eur 424 (Eur 212  per  night).

The Per Diem cover the following expenses:

• Accommodation;
• Meal & Dinner;
• Transports costs within the mission location.
