Terms and conditions
It is important that you read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing the application form.
1. Application and Registration/Confirmation of Application
The following terms and conditions settle the contractual relationship between participants and Openmed. Registration can be made online through the section “how to apply” on the website.
If your application for admission at Summer School is successful, you will receive an offer by email .Once the payment for enrolment/registration, is received you will receive a confirmation via email. A letter of invitation for Visa purposes will be provided, if applicable.
The course fee, accordingly with the program, includes:
- Training course (lessons + material)
- Coffee break + lunches during the course
- Guided tour Cagliari Old Town (TO BE CONFIRMED)
- Farewell Dinner
- Certificate of Attendance.
In exceptional circumstances, Openmed has the right to change speakers and/or to modify the course program if and where necessary while maintaining the overall nature of the course. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, speakers’ preventions, troubles at the chosen location or low registration rate, all registered participants will be promptly notified and full refund will be credited back.
3. Fee and Payment date
The Summer School enrolment fee is 700 €.
Payment of the course fee is payable in one total instalment, within 7 days after the subscriptions deadline
Payment to be made by bank credit transfer.
You will receive a communication with all necessary bank details.
4. Cancellation and condition of refund
Cancellation need to be requested in writing by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). You have the right to cancel this contract with us without giving any reason.
Cancellations received in writing within 20 days before the course starting date, 100% of course fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received in writing within 15 days prior to the course starting date, 50% of course fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received in writing less then 15 days prior to the course starting date, the course fee will be not refunded.
5. Applicable Law, Place of Jurisdiction
All cases shall be governed and construed in accordance with Italian law. As far as legally admissible, place of performance and place of exclusive jurisdiction shall be Cagliari, Italy.
All courses are prepared and presented by qualified speakers. Openmed accepts no liability for the up-to-dateness, correctness and completeness of the course documentation.
7. Data protection
We collect your personal information in order to fulfil our contract with you. We do not disclose your information to third parties. We may use the details you provide in the future to contact you in order to keep you informed about school news and services. Please write to us if you do not wish to receive this information.
If you have a complaint, please write to OpenMed Board at email@example.com , who will listen and take any necessary action.
